1. What kind of products does Squirky offer?
We bring you a wide range of trending and practical items — from home décor, kitchen tools, gadgets, and electronics to toys, fitness gear, camping essentials, and personal care products.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we provide COD on select pin codes across India. A quick confirmation may be required before your order is shipped.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days in metro cities and 5–8 days in remote areas. You’ll get a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
4. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small fee of ₹49 applies.
5. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can follow real-time updates from our courier partner’s website.
6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products. An unboxing video is required to process returns or exchanges. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
7. When will I receive my refund?
After your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 8–15 working days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
8. Are all products covered under return policy?
No. Personal care items, perishable goods, fragile items (like candles), and products marked “final sale” are non-returnable unless defective.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All transactions are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.
